Account deletion

Request deletion of your Quantum Shield account

You do not need to reinstall the Android app to initiate an account-deletion request here.

What deletion covers: account profile/authentication data, sessions, verified identities, consents, cloud preferences, exposure/removal history, push/notification records and other account-linked cloud data, subject to the published retention exceptions.

Google Play billing: deleting your Quantum Shield account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play if you do not want future renewal.

If you still have the app

You can also use Settings > Account & Security > Delete account, which performs the authenticated deletion workflow after confirmation.

What happens next

The request must be verified before destructive action. Quantum Shield should complete verified deletion reasonably promptly and request deletion from applicable service providers where required/supported. A short-lived pseudonymous deletion receipt may be retained for security/audit purposes.

Production readiness: This public intake is functional, but Play submission should wait until the developer confirms that requests are actively monitored and the production backend/processor deletion workflow is deployed and tested end-to-end.
